Health & Welfare

Health and Vaccinations: If any pet shows signs of disease or illness we will reserve the right not to accept your pet for boarding. Any medical conditions must be discussed with us prior to boarding. To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, appropriate vaccination certificates are required.

Rabbits only: All Now Boarding Pet Hotels require rabbits to be up to date with RHD & Myxomatosis. Up to date vaccination cards must be bought along and shown on arrival of your rabbits stay.
Please note we cannot accept rabbits that have not been vaccinated.

As of 1st January 2020, it is mandatory for all rabbits staying with Now Boarding Pet Hotels to be vaccinated against RHD2.

Whilst not mandatory, Now Boarding Pet Hotels recommends rabbit owners to treat their pets against E. Cuniculi. This can be done through oral medication, given as little as a few times a year. Please speak to your local vet for more information.

We will not be held responsible for any illnesses such as (but not limited to) Myxomatosis, Rabbit Haemorrhage Disease, Rabbit Haemorrhage Disease 2, E. Cuniculi, fly strike, mites or any other diseases.

We carry out frequent bottom checks and ensure that all rabbits are kept clean however we will not be held liable in the unfortunate event that your rabbit becomes a victim of fly strike.

Should your pet become ill whilst boarding with us, we will seek veterinary advice and keep you informed. Any veterinary fees which we incur on your behalf will be payable by you on your return.
In the unlikely event of a death occurring whilst your pet is boarding with us, we will notify you as soon as possible so that we can arrange for your final wishes. We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst boarding with us. All pets are left entirely at their owner’s risk.

Whilst your pet is in our care it will be fed a variety of fresh food by us and its own regular dried food provided by you. We will provide top quality farm hay where appropriate.

Pets will not mix with other boarders and will be stroked, groomed & checked regularly.

Arrivals & Departures

All viewings, arrivals and departures are by appointment only.
Please respect our opening hours and keep to your agreed appointment time as failure to do so may result in you being unable to drop off or collect your pet.

Pet Carriers: Please bring your pet in a suitable and fit for purpose pet carrier, particularly if you request to leave your carrier with us.

Neighbours: Please be respectful of our neighbours when parking, and do not park across a neighbouring driveway.

Deposits: All bookings are to be secured by a non refundable & non transferable deposit. Failure to secure your booking with a deposit may result in the loss of your booking without warning. 

Balance of Payment: Any balances, full or remaining, must be paid in full on the day of arrival. Please see the payment methods accepted by your preferred Now Boarding Pet Hotel on the Hotels pages of this website.

Date Changes: If your pet is already boarding with us and you wish to collect them earlier than the date agreed, you will still be liable for the full amount and will not be issued a refund of the remaining days.If you wish to extend your booking or cannot collect your pet on the agreed day then every agreed additional day will be charged at our current daily prices for that pet type until collection.

Failure to collect your pet may result in your pet being re-homed and legal action being taken against you.

Now Boarding Pet Hotels does not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards its staff and in doing so may result in a ban from all Now Boarding Pet Hotels and legal action to be taken against you.

Now Boarding Pet Hotels Ltd (Company Number 8638432) is a pet boarding franchise whose registered head office is 5 Valentine Avenue, Bexley, DA5 3HF.

How we will use the information about you
Here at Now Boarding Pet Hotels we take your privacy seriously and will use your personal information in connection with your pet bookings with us. 

Information used for marketing will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

We may share your information within the Now Boarding Pet Hotels Group. 

We will not disclose your information to any company outside of Now Boarding Pet Hotels unless required by law to do so.

Now Boarding Pet Hotels Ltd are the ‘controller’ and the ‘processor’ of the personal data you provide to us.

Why we need it
We need to know your basic personal data in order to create a customer profile in order to create a booking for your pets stay with us. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

For processing of data to be lawful under GDPR Now Boarding Pet Hotels Ltd use;

(a) Consent: the individual has given clear consent for us to process their personal data for a specific purpose.

(b) Contract: the processing is necessary for a contract we have with the individual, or because they have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract.

(c) Legal obligation: the processing is necessary for us to comply with the law (not including contractual obligations).

All the personal data we use is controlled by Now Boarding Pet Hotels Ltd in the UK, however, for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, this information is located on servers within the European Union. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data. 

Your data is stored on our internet encrypted server. Our server is based in the UK.

What are your rights
If at any point you believe retained information is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected and possibly deleted. Providing you with this information is free of charge, but charges may apply for excessive requests.

If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer at who will investigate the matter.

Where relevant, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time and this means that we cannot process your data provided without your consent.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
