Health and Welfare
If any pet shows signs of disease or illness we will reserve the right not to accept your pet for boarding. Any medical conditions must be discussed with us prior to boarding. To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, appropriate vaccination certificates are required.
Rabbits only: VHD/RHD & Myxomatosis – Please bring certificates on arrival.
PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCEPT RABBITS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN VACCINATED.
We will not be held responsible for any illnesses such as (but not limited to) Myxomatosis, Viral Haemorrhagic Disease, Fly strike, Mites or any other diseases.
We carry out frequent bottom checks and ensure that all rabbits are kept clean however we will not be held liable in the unfortunate event that your rabbit becomes a victim of flystrike.
Should your pet become ill whilst boarding with us, we will seek advice from our local vet at a cost to you, and any veterinary fees which we incur on your behalf will be payable by you on your return. In the unlikely event of a death occurring whilst your pet is boarding with us, we will notify you as soon as possible so that we can arrange for your final wishes. We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst boarding with us. All pets are left entirely at their owner’s risk.
Whilst your pet is in our care it will be fed a variety of fresh food by us and its own regular dried food provided by you. We will provide top quality farm hay where appropriate.
Pets will not mix with other boarders & will be stroked, groomed and checked regularly.
Hutches are provided for rabbits and guinea pigs at all Now Boarding Pet Hotels. Smaller pets such as hamsters, gerbils, budgies, etc will need to be accommodated in their own cages. For other pet types, please check with your nearest Now Boarding Pet Hotel.
Arrivals and Departures
Payments must be paid in full on the day of arrival, less any deposit paid in advance.
If your pet is already boarding with us and you wish to collect your pet earlier than the date stated on the booking form, you will still be liable for the full amount.
If you do not collect your pet on the agreed day then the delay in collection will be chargeable at our current daily prices.
